Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Westin Princeville was a mixed experience. The location is truly breathtaking, nestled on a cliff, offering a unique ambiance with plenty of stars at night. However, there were some disappointments with the lack of normal hotel services. I felt that given the high price we paid, we expected more in terms of amenities and on-site dining options.
My stay at the Westin Ocean Villas in Princeville was overall enjoyable, with beautiful grounds and spacious accommodations. However, I was disappointed by the lack of available upgrades for our room and the limited dining options. The experience was slightly overshadowed by some service issues and cleanliness concerns, but we still found moments to appreciate during our time here.
The Westin offers a mixed experience with its clean and spacious rooms that are particularly great for families, thanks to the kitchenettes. However, the dining situation is a point of concern due to the quality of food and the restaurant experience. While the pools are nice and there are BBQ stations, the lack of beach access and activities limits the overall enjoyment. The staff's responsive service was appreciated, but some amenities were lacking.
The Westin Princeville offers lovely grounds and well-maintained facilities. The spacious suites provide comfort for families, but unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, particularly regarding staff responsiveness and cleanliness standards. While the amenities like the pools are enjoyable, the overall experience was somewhat marred by issues that need addressing. I also felt that the resort wasn't fully prepared for guests returning post-COVID lockdowns.
Overall, my stay at the Westin was a mix of positives and negatives. The property has well-kept grounds and spacious accommodations, which I appreciated. However, the dining options were quite limited, and the noise issues from adjoining rooms made my experience less enjoyable. Given the price, I expected a bit more in terms of value for my stay.
